VISA REQUIREMENTS
PASSPORT OR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Visitors must have valid passports or other internationally recognized travel documents, endorsed for traveling to Malaysia, and with a validity period of at least six (6) months beyond the time of stay allowed in Malaysia. Please ensure that your passport is also valid for the period of stay you are visiting Malaysia.
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to Malaysia. Conference participants should contact their local Malaysian consulate to confirm visa requirements.
INVITATION LETTER
An invitation letter to facilitate the application of visa can be downloaded (HERE). Please fill up your Name (<First Name><Last Name>, as indicated on your passport) . This letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa.

Visa requirements depend on the country of origin and last destination before entering Malaysia.

For the countries marked as ( * ) are allowed to enter Malaysia by air only.
Israel citizen** who wish to enter are required Visa and approval from the Ministry Of Home Affairs, Malaysia.
Visa is not required for a stay of less than one (1) month for ASEAN nationals except for Myanmar.
Visas are required for duration of stay exceeds (1) month except for Brunei and Singapore nationals.
30-day VISA EXEMPTION FOR CHINA AND INDIA CITIZENS (effective from 1 Dec 2023 - 31 Dec 2024)
The People’s Republic of China and India nationals are given thirty (30) days visa exemption to enter Malaysia for social visit purposes only, effective from 1st December 2023 to 31st December 2024. However, visitors must complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC), an online pre-arrival form that can be filled out up to three days before the scheduled arrival in Malaysia. Travelers are required to present both a valid passport and a completed MDAC to border officers for validation before proceeding through the immigration counter.
