Abstract
This oration is about the story of a career as a medical physicist. The presentation will describe the motivation for becoming a medical physicist and the value of the profession from a personal point of view. Reflecting on 23 years of professional experience, I will highlight key milestones, share insights gained, and discuss the lessons learned along the way.
